Brenton is one of Australia's most experienced and highly credentialed thermography educators, with more than three decades at the forefront of infrared inspection, airborne ultrasound, and predictive maintenance strategy.
A Level III Infraspection Institute Certified Infrared Thermographer® and Infraspection Institute Master Thermographer®, Brenton is recognised internationally for his technical depth and instructional leadership. He also holds Airborne Ultrasound Level II certification, reinforcing his multi-technology expertise in condition monitoring.
Since 1994, he has delivered thermal imaging and airborne ultrasound services, advanced applications support, and workforce training across mining, energy, power generation, transmission and distribution, and large-scale industrial facilities. His work extends beyond inspection — he partners with organisations to design, implement, and optimise predictive maintenance programs that deliver measurable reliability and asset performance improvements.
Brenton teaches Infraspection Institute certification programs globally, throughout Australia, Asia, New Zealand, and the US. In addition to his technical credentials, he holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, majoring in business law and finance — a foundation that strengthens his ability to align technical training with operational and commercial outcomes.
